This Disclaimer applies to the Makanzy Platform operated by Sellify (SMC-Private) Limited. It supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Corporate identity

Makanzy is a project and commercial brand of Sellify (SMC-Private) Limited (also referred to as Sellify SMC Pvt Ltd), a company incorporated in Pakistan. References to “Makanzy” mean the Platform and brand; the contracting and operating entity is Sellify, except where a different entity is expressly identified in writing.

2. Not a brokerage or advisor

Sellify / Makanzy is not a real estate broker, estate agent, property dealer, surveyor, valuer, architect, engineer, lawyer, tax advisor, or financial advisor merely by operating the Platform. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional advice. Always obtain independent professional advice before buying, selling, renting, investing in, or constructing property.

3. No warranty on listings or market data

• Listing information is supplied primarily by third parties and may be incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or unauthorized.
• Photos may be staged, outdated, or illustrative. Floor plans and areas may be approximate.
• Price indices, trends, popularity ranks, and area guides are informational models only — not guarantees of achievable price or investment return.
• Map boundaries, society layouts, and plot-finder layers may contain geocoding or digitization errors and must not be relied on as survey-grade.

4. Tools and calculators

Loan, construction-cost, area-conversion, and similar tools produce estimates only. Construction rates vary by city, material quality, contractor, design, and market conditions. Loan outputs depend on bank policies that change. Do not treat tool outputs as quotes, offers, or approvals.

5. No endorsement

Appearance of an agency, developer, project, listing, or community post does not mean Sellify endorses that party, verifies their credentials, or guarantees their performance. Paid placement does not indicate higher quality or safety.

6. Fair dealing and non-discrimination

Users must comply with applicable Pakistani laws prohibiting unlawful discrimination in housing and advertising. We may remove content that violates law or Platform policies. This statement does not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law.

7. User diligence

Before proceeding with any property matter, you should, as applicable:

• Verify ownership, title documents, and chain of title.
• Confirm society approvals, development authority permissions, and NOCs.
• Inspect the property physically and check possession status.
• Validate measurements, plot numbers, and boundaries with competent professionals.
• Review all contracts with qualified legal counsel.
• Assess payment schedules, taxes, transfer fees, and hidden liabilities.

8. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellify (SMC-Private) Limited disclaims liability for losses arising from reliance on Platform content, third-party conduct, failed or disputed transactions, or service interruptions. 9. Trademarks

Makanzy, related logos, and product names are trademarks or trade dress of Sellify (SMC-Private) Limited. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only.
